Combal Zero Description:
The celebrated Combal Zero restaurant is located at the castello of Rivoli, just 18 kilometers west of the center of Turin. It is widely reckoned to be among the top dozen restaurants in Italy, serving an undeniably avante garde cuisine that neatly complements the cool and minimalist decor of the Museum of Contemporary Art next door.
You can choose between the celebrated menu creativo, the menu classico or the more traditional menu territorio. The names of the dishes don't give much away - the 'Virtual Oyster' contains cod roe, watermelon and almonds, while the the 'Harry Potter' caramels feature tripe, over-cooked beef, apple and rosemary.
Combal Zero is stylish, influential, and utterly unique.
