We want to love Dâvids, not just because it's lovingly named after the owner's late grandfather, but because of the reasonable prices, the unhurried vacationing-on-the-coast feel, and the 'Spanish' guitar music. However, as in many of Riga's ethnic restaurants, the tastiest thing on the menu is pork. If you're looking for fresh seafood paella, borrow a sailor suit from the wait staff and catch the fish yourself.
