Dublin Description:
Riga’s ‘other’ Irish pub may not have been the first, but it is certainly not the least of its genre. Football paraphernalia compliments the décor which is everything one would expect from a purveyor of that black nectar, Guinness. The menu is worth your perusal, but the service could be greatly improved.
