Texadelphia Description:
People are crazy about these Philly cheesesteaks. The buns are Philly-fresh, the meat's tucked into the bun with melted cheese (but what's with the mozzarella? We want provolone!) and you get a choice of sauces. The marinara's the only way to go, someone who asks for mayo on a cheesesteak is clueless. Unlike in Philly, the subs are served with some zippy salsa and crispy tortilla chips, but we'd prefer our subs side-less, loaded instead with sautéed onions and bell peppers, and smothered with cheese. You'd be crazy not to order the chicken cheesesteak, but they also serve burgers and sandwiches with turkey, chicken salad or veggies.
