Matts' Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge in the Redmond Town Center might appear to be a chain restaurant at first glance, but it's actually a joint project from Seattle natives Matt Fleck and chef Chris Matthew Hill. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes---from steaks to seared Flat Iron oysters to Argentina Street tacos made with rotisserie beef, chipotle slaw, guacamole and tomatillo pico de gallo. Rotating dinner specials may include Cajun jambalaya or grilled King salmon served with three-cheese polenta. Choose from a well-priced regional wine list, either by the glass or full bottle.
