Saw this lovely tea room on a travel website and made a point to go there during a recent trip through Ottawa. I was horribly disappointed. It took our inept waitress 45 min. to get 2 cups of tea to our table. Then 20 more min. to bring the food. The first time EVER I have not left a tip! Truly the most disappointing part of our trip!
