The location is strictly traffic-laden suburban sprawl---a revamped fast-food restaurant, no less. But Thai Roses has carved a niche with its awesome curries and seafood specials. The menu offers about 100 dishes, but many regulars stick with the curries. The green curry noodles and red curry duck are standouts. The décor is a bit sterile, but the friendly staff makes up for it. Customers can also opt for take-out or delivery (in a limited area), and most regulars grab their food to-go.
