The lunch rush is intense at this low-key deli counter, but there's a good reason: authentic Greek dishes of a quality that belies the homespun setting. There are some surprising treasures buried here, such as a startling array of retsinas and pistachios from the family farm. The gyros are a neighborhood mainstay. But since the cold concrete floor and hot bright lights are hardly conducive to a leisurely lunch, eat and run, or simply run with your food to go.
