The knowledgeable staff marches confidently into the dramatic territory of tableside service as you watch from your overstuffed wingback chair. They will toss a Caesar or spinach salad before your eyes, and light some of the more flamboyant entrées into flames at your elbow. Try the steak Diane or wild Northwest salmon---the kitchen supports regional, organic food producers. After partaking of the sumptuous fare, sit back and enjoy the live music---often world-class jazz.
