Don't expect much in the way of atmosphere---the large, plain room boasts few amenities---but that's not why you're here anyway. The soups that pour out of this bustling Saigon soup kitchen are topnotch. Fresh herbs and greens accompany the steaming bowls, and good hot sauces on the table inspire explosive tastes. Hand rolls, rice or noodle entrées, salads and unusual beverages round out the menu. There are two additional Pho Van locations: SE Hawthorne Boulevard and Beaverton Town Square.
