The portions are industrial size, from the huge burritos to the towering tostadas. Sauces are authentic and homemade; you can even order a jar to go. The cooks also present topnotch specials such as an unusual Dungeness crab enchilada with Jack and cotija cheeses, or Papa Medero's slow-cooked pork carnitas. There are plenty of vegan options, too.
