Red's Patio Grill Description:
Featuring more than 100 tequilas, Red's is the place to chill out with a topnotch margarita, though our favorite is actually made with Del Maguay's boutique mezcal, which gives the concoction a smoky, earthy flavor. Food is substantial and hearty: big burgers, ribs, meatloaf and steaks dominate the menu. Red's Montana burger is a luscious, sloppy sandwich topped with bacon, onions, blue cheese, Gruyère and a heap of arugula, just the ticket if you're going to have more than one margarita. Off the red meat menu is the chicken Florentine, an herb- marinated chicken breast slathered with sautéed mushrooms, Manchego cheese and roasted red peppers, laid across fresh spinach and sided with a mound of mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Top off your meal with the bread pudding, made from croissants and served with a sinful bourbon caramel sauce that easily satiates four.
