Chow Thai contradicts the routine strip mall eatery with its décor and culinary talent. Step through the door and the serene yet chic Asian vibe makes you forget what lies outside. Have a seat at the semi-circular dim sum bar, veiled by a wall of slinky chain mail, or relax in the main dining room for a leisurely meal. The mango sea bass is served with crispy Thai spices, mango and Thai basil; coconut rice, asparagus and broccoli are nice complements.
