Davao Tuna To Go Description:
It is a a tuna specialty restaurant with two branches in San Juan. Main branch is at 300 Santolan Road (near Camp Crame) and another found along Wilson Avenue (Madison Square). In the restaurant, tuna prime cut/parts such as belly, jaw (panga), bihod (female fish roe), bagaybay (male fish roe), tail, tendon are served in various ways - grilled, kinilaw, sinigang sa miso, tinola, kare-kare, teriyaki, sweet and sour, kaldereta, crispy buntot (similar to crispy pata) and Filipino favorite breakfast such as hotdog, longanisa, tocino among others.
