Museum Café Description:
Experience the fine art of dining as the Museum Café brings modern Asian cuisine to the Ayala Museum. Featuring internationally-known Filipino Chef Sau del Rosario, the Museum Café presents casual dining fare ranging from Yuzu Lime Marinated Gindara, Grilled Coconut Ginger Tiger Prawns and Lamb Shank Kashmiri to Chicken Adobo Foie Gras and Chocolate Crème Brulee.
The relaxed, cosmopolitan atmosphere was the product of designer Budji Layug and architect Royal Pineda. The exhibition walls and alcoves showcase an eclectic assortment of art works and installations from Filipino artists and craftsmen.
The Museum Café is located on the Ground Floor of the Ayala Museum’s Glass Wing. It offers breakfast, lunch, Asian high tea and dinner service. Sunday brunch at the Museum Café is from 11am to 3pm. Patio tables are available for seasonal dining al fresco, along with a full bar offering an array of coffees, teas, signature cocktails, and wines.
