Try the dim sum or black tea house-smoked tuna, then tuck into one of the best burgers in the city (maybe it's the melted Roquefort) or, for lighter fare, the oven-roasted shish salmon is so good you'll be tempted to share it with your neighbor. With its happening bar, French windows and outdoor seating, Twenty Manning is a gathering place for a hip crowd. Ask about chef Banh's dinner for two, served Sunday through Thursday---three courses and a bottle of wine for $100.
