If you're in the mood for Mexican, try the aromatic Puebla cuisine at Xochitl (pronounced so-cheet). The margaritas (some of the best in town) and specialty tequila cocktails at this cozy establishment make a good argument for hanging about after dinner, too. Mexican-born executive chef Dioninco Jimenez translates the flavors of his homeland in dishes like pechuga rellena con requesón, a tender chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and zucchini flowers and topped with a smoky poblano pepper sauce. Or try one of the house specialties for two, including the whole roasted fish of the day with pungent acacia seed-tomatillo sauce. Add in the most fragrant of moles and kickin' tableside guacamole and Xochitl stands out from the crowd.
