Open for breakfast four days a week, this is the spot for Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts, crêpes stuffed with a semi-soft sheep cheese, and eggs frizzled in olive oil. But it's at dinner that the chef really shines. A master with grilled seafood and deeply flavored braises---and no wonder, he hails from an island and a family of butchers and farmers---Pitsillides also offers familiar Greek menu items with a twist, such as the haloumi cheese-and-mint-filled ravioli and his country's version of panzanella, a salad of garlicky croutons flavored with feta, tomatoes and olives.
