Fu-Wah's claim to fame is the tofu hoagie, a vegetable version of Philly's favorite (cold) sandwich. Fresh Vietnamese flavors highlight a lemon grass chicken hoagie. A regular deli also is available. Fu-Wah is owned by the Lai family (Vietnam in Chinatown, Vietnam Café).
