WA Oceana Fest 2003 Description:
WA Oceana Fest is a culinary competition, organized on behalf of the Australian Culinary Federation of Western Australia (ACFWA) which tests the skills of Chefs on an individual and team basis. WAOF features Restaurant of Champions, a nerve racking event that requires culinary teams to prepare a 3 course meal for 60 paying guests within full view of the judges, guests and the general public.
