Parking:
Main Lot off 83rd Avenue. Use Stadium Way (WESTSIDE)Outfield Lot Off Paradise Lane (EASTSIDE)
GENERAL PARKING - $5.00 (Both Lots)
There are no refunds on parking. Vehicles are parked at their own risk. The City of Peoria is not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles.
General Rules:
ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE STADIUM ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.Peoria Stadium officials reserve the right to inspect any items brought into the facility.
RE-ENTRY:
Those guests who need to leave the Stadium, but plan to re-enter, must exit and enter through one of the four re-entry locations: 1) The Pass Gate, located beside the Stadium Operations Office 2) Gates B,C and D turnstiles. All guests utilizing this service must have their hand stamped and present game ticket, in order to gain entrance back into the stadium.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Peoria Stadium allows paper lunch bags containing food to be brought into the stadium. Sealed plastic water bottles or empty plastic water/sports bottles will be allowed, as will sealed single serving juice boxes, baby food and formula.
Peoria Stadium policy prohibits bringing any metal or glass containers for food or beverages into the stadium. Fruit must be sliced or cut into quarters. Thermos/canteen containers and similiar items will not be allowed. No beverages, alcoholic or non-alchoholic, other than water or boxed fruit juices will be allowed.
CAMCORDERS/CAMERAS:
Camcorders and cameras are allowed in the Peoria Stadium and Complex practice facilities, provided they are intended for personal use and do not block anyone's view. The taping of any game action is strictly prohibited.
BAG/COOLER RESTRICTIONS AND INSPECTIONS:
Coolers and large bags are prohibited from entering the stadium. Backpacks, bags, camera bags, purses, fannie packs that are no larger than 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep are permitted but subject to inspection. This inspection includes any storage or pouch permanently connected to wheel chairs or baby strollers.
GUEST CONDUCT:
No one is allowed on the stadium field at any time without proper credentials. If anyone enters the field without proper credentials, he/she will be immediately ejected from the stadium without a refund. The same rules apply for all practice fields. Anyone using obscene or abusive language or causing any type of discomfort to the guests around them, will be asked by Stadium personnel to cease this conduct. If the offensive conduct persists, those involved will be subject to ejection from the ballpark without a refund.
LAWN CHAIRS:
Lawn chairs are prohibited in the stadium. Small backed stadium seats are allowed for Bleacher seat ticket holders only. Lawn chairs are permitted in the practice field areas.
AUTOGRAPHS:
During a stadium game, autographs are available from players choosing to sign until the start of the national anthem. At that time, ushers will inform guests to return to their assigned seats. Players autographs are also available from the players choosing to sign during team practices. Practices are normally held during the morning hours at the Padres' and Mariners' practice fields.
SMOKING:
Peoria Stadium policy prohibits smoking in any public seating area. State law also prohibits smoking in any restroom. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking is allowed thoughout the practice field areas.
TAILGATING:
Tailgating in stadium lots is restricted to guests' own parking spaces in front of or behind field areas.
R.V. PARKING:
Overnight parking is prohibited on Sports Complex grounds unless approved by facility Management.
PETS:
Guests are not permitted to bring pets into the Peoria Stadium. However, guide dogs for persons of sight disabilities are permitted in the facility.
Miscellaneous:
In the event a regulation game (4 1/2 innings) is not played due to rain-outs or other situations dictated by Major League Baseball, the following policy applies:If game ticket was purchased by mail or in person at the Peoria Stadium Box Office, send ticket(s) to:

*If purchased from any Ticketmaster outlet, ticket(s) must be returned to the same outlet where originally purchased. Ticketmaster will refund the convenience charge also at that time.

*In order to receive a complete refund, envelope must be postmarked by May 15, 2007. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number. It is suggested you send you ticket(s) in such a way they can be tracked. Please retain a copy of your game ticket(s) for your records before sending.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT THE STADIUM BOX OFFICE WINDOWS!
*Ticket(s) must be returned in order to receive refund. Please note that ticket(s) received in our office can only be refunded for face value.
PARKING AND/OR OTHER INCIDENTALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
*Ticket(s) not returned as directed, or sent to the wrong office, will cause delay of refund.
*In the event of a cancellation, ticket(s) may also be exchanged at the stadium box office for any other home team spring training game at Peoria Stadium. Exchange is subject to availability and valid for the 2007 Spring Training season only.
TICKET REFUND PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED BY: 5/15/07
The refund policy stated above only applies to cancellations due to rain-outs and /or circumstances dictated by Major League Baseball.
NO OTHER REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE ORDER IS PROCESSED.
Driving direction to Peoria Stadium:
Peoria Sports Complex
Take either I-10 or I-17 to Loop 101 (Loop 101 West, if traveling on I-17, or Loop 101 North, if traveling on I-10). From Loop 101 exit 14 (Bell Road East). From Bell Road, turn south on 83rd Avenue. Peoria Sports Complex is on the east side of 83rd Avenue.
