Benkay Description:
The Benkay Japanese restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel, and offers a view unequalled in all of Paris. There are three Japanese chefs in the kitchen: one for teppan yaki (cooking on a hotplate), one for washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine), and one for sushi.
Unexpectedly set in the modern Novotel on the banks of the Seine, this upper-tier Japanese is best known for its teppanyaki, a stir-fry cooked on tables fitted with burners. Skillfully sliced sushi and sashimi are incredibly fresh and best accompanied by one of several sakés proposed on the separate saké menu. Prices are high but the enchanting view of the Seine makes this venue perfect for an important business dinner or a special occasion.
