Les Saveurs de Flora Description:
Flora Mikula, formerly the chef and owner of the Les Olivades in the 7th, is still in control of this lovely little restaurant directly across the street from the Hôtel George V. The simple yet sophisticated space is accented with miniature shaded-lamp wall sconces. Flora has also moved on from Provençale-style fare to offer a more internationally-flavored, contemporary French menu demonstrated in the smoked foie gras and boletus mushroom raviolis, mandarin and ginger jumbo prawns, tandori-roasted suckling pig, and Grand Marnier soufflé. Menu du jour at €36. For à la carte, expect to spend around €80.
