Here, rediscover international jet-setters and some stars staying in Paris, like Cameron Diaz, around an American cuisine with West Coast influences revisited with humor and success, more or less (Caesar salad, pop corn foie gras, lobster tempura, small sole fillet with peanut emulsion, steak and fries...). A must have... for those who have the means (around €75 à la carte). Very private bar downstairs.
