The décor has hardly changed since the 1947 opening of this Italian landmark where the cooking, inspired by chef Carlo Bianchi, has also remained the same for twenty years now. Discover the cuisine of the chef's native Marches, a traditional, agricultural region of Italy that borders on the Adriatic Sea. He is also the author of Mamma Mia! (Mango, 2005), a useful account of the history, anecdotes and recipes of his ancestors. Excellent vitello tonnato (thin slices of veal with a tuna and caper sauce) and an intensely flavored linguine and clam sauce. A vast menu of Italian classics including risotto, meats and fish (excellent swordfish). Count on €60 à la carte.
