Symphony's Restaurant At The Winery Description:
Yes, there is wine grown and made in Nevada, and while it will never rival the viniculture of France, Italy or California, the drive out to Pahrump is as nice on a bright day as the name itself is fun to say after a glass or three of its passable Chardonnay. The food is quasi-Continental and probably better than you'd expect---if not spectacular by any means. A visit here is about the experience, and should your winery-touring plans take you no farther west than this, by all means make the trip.
