Don't reserve here for any special occasion. Booked 2 days in advance for 8 family members to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Spoke with the owner who said they close at 9:00 or 9:30 so I asked if we could arrive at 8:00 & he said that was fine. He then connected me with a young lady to give our name & number. Our group arrived at 8:00 p.m. to a CLOSED restaurant. The convenience store next door offered to call the owner who claimed he had "heard" there was a reservation but there was only one customer that day so they decided to close early at 8:00. Their sign conveniently only posts when they open (not when they close).
As per a Seinfeld episode: "They know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to keep it".
We all drove to Boston Pizza but the whole experience was very embarrassing & a waste of time.
