I'm a regular customer now, and I've yet to be disappointed with any menu item. The chef's home-made soups are to die for. Fish & chips are one of my personal favourites. Service is very good indeed.

Hey Niagara finally the Old 2x4 diner in Wainfleet gets new owner with a fresh attitude,the food is great,prices decent,give this one a try again its changed for the good,thanks to Josh and the staff we got our diner back.

Perhaps if a hot chicken sandwich is ordered and you receive hot chicken between two slices of bread the idea that a hot chicken sandwich is not available is not logical. Perhaps adding gravy potatoes and veggies is beyond logic. Also coming out of the kitchen and telling the customer he's not welcome there and telling him that restaurants all over do not have Hot chicken sandwiches jut chicken dinners is not the best of customer service

Hot chicken has not been on the
Menu for over 5 years. Perhaps reading the menu would benifit you better. Hot turkey is provided on the menu which is an open face sandwich ( including gravy, fries, mixed veggies). Once again, reading menu items should help you out next time

hot chicken sandwich anywhere is chicken , potatoes veggies gravy. They brought a sandwich on white bread and that's all. When I said to the waitress that's not what I ordered she took it back. Owner who was cooking came out and rudely told me that it was right. Hot chicken between bread. When I said anywhere else it's potatoes veggies gravy etc. She then said I didn't know what I was talking about and that she didn't need customers like me. I've eaten there for at least 35yrs. This is a new owner. I'll never go back again unless I see under new management notice
