Review :
I was in and made a purchase on Jan. 16, 2010, of a bucket of chicken. I had asked to have the wings and thighs replaced with breast, and was told that it would cost me $1.50 extra for each piece. I said that was no problem and paid $10.50 extra to have 7 extra breast. When I got home I was given 5 breast, 5 ribs and 4 thighs. I was never given what I paid for and was shorted 1 piece of chicken. I called the next day and told the manager of my problem, she said that she remembered me as she did my order. I told her that I worked in Kitchener and lived in Flambrough, and to go to the KFC there is out of my way home. I was told that I would receive a voucher in the mail to fix the matter, as yet have received nothing. This is the second time that this has happened to me, I like coming there as I know that I can get what I want. I am going to call around to see if there is any other KFC that offer this service, or if I decide to keep buying there I will be insisting on checking the order before I leave.
