A few weeks ago my husband and I wanted to go out for something to eat and have a beer. We prefered to go somewhere within walking distance. We walked to the Plough and Harrow.
The food is homemade and AMAZING!!! Really delicious food.
Prices are of value.
The service and atmosphere is so friendly. The owners are a family. You couldn't ask for a more strong or cute family.
The staff and regular customers are so welcoming I will never go to any other pub in The Halton Area.

My husband and I were out for walk on New St. in Burlington. We wanted to grab a bite and have a beer. We stopped into The Plough and Harrow. Wow, I'm so happy we did! The food is 90% homemade. U.K Style. The Owner's Donna and Timone make their food homemade with the exception of the mozza sticks. Timone explained it much easier and less expensive to by pre-made. Other than that, almost everything is homemade.
The owners, staff (who are all basically family) treat every person who walks in, like an old friend. We've never experienced a night out where we truely feel at home.
We will soon become regulars because you are made to feel you can. Plus, the food is so good and the beer is always cold!
