Combining French nuances with eclectic American and global influences, the seasonal fare is the ideal foil for the impressive roster of vinos. Appetizers consist mostly of finger foods and seafood. Grazers should try the angel hair onions, and for those who prefer seafood, the pepper-seared ahi with cucumber yuzu sauce and wasabi sorbet is a good choice. We also like the butternut squash-and-apple bisque and the roasted beet salad with pickled onions, goat cheese, pistachios and balsamic vinaigrette. For dinner, we recommend the pork tenderloin with eggplant relish, red wine sauce and mango chutney or the cedar plank salmon with a Dijon mustard and brown sugar glaze.
