Review :
A friend from Dublin, Ireland and myself stopped at the Seascape Restaurant one evening in the summer of 2006 while on a road trip around Nova Scotia. There are only 7 tables in this quaint, tiny restaurant; located on one side of a former single family house, which also has a grocery store in the other half. Do NOT let the looks of the place fool you. They take their home-cooking seriously. This is a hidden gem and a local favorite. The staff was friendly and service was very good. My friend and I had the special of the day: a baked haddock dinner for $9.99. It was a plateful of heaven! A generous helping of haddock (with mashed potatoes and 2 veggies) that was fresh, moist, and delicious. Desserts included a choice of 8 pies for $2.99 a slice. They were to die for! A very good meal, and a great value for the price. I'd like to go to Nova Scotia again, just to eat at this place. Put it on your agenda. You'll be glad you did.
