PARKING RATES

Stadium parking is available for our guests. Stadium lots open five (5) hours before each game and close approximately 2 hours after the game. The prices vary per vehicle and lot::

Passenger Vehicles $15.00 (Drive 1-Drive 7)

Campers $30.00 - Early entry Friday 6 PM - 9 PM or Saturday at 8 AM (One Bills Drive, Drive 6 or Drive 7)

Campers $25.00 - Game Day (One Bills Drive, Drive 6 or Drive 7)

Limos $40.00 (Lot B and Lot C)

Buses $40.00 (Bus lot off Abbott Rd./west side)

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Designated accessible parking areas are available around the Stadium.

Accessible Parking stickers/tags are available through state or town government offices. The Buffalo Bills DO NOT issue these stickers. Proper plates or permits are required. Spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

BUS PARKING

The Bus Parking (Highlander) Lot is located on the west side of Abbott Road, across from the Stadium, closest to Gate 5 & Gate 6. Buses enter on Community Drive. Following, a game, please board your bus quickly to expedite traffic flow. The Bus Parking Lot will close one (1) hour after the final whistle of the game. At this time, any remaining buses in the lot will be required to exit the Bus Parking Lot. Some delays can be expected entering and leaving the lot due to traffic.

Public Transportation:

The Bills Metro Bus Express offers an alternative to driving through traffic at an affordable price. It allows fans to be responsible if drinking before, after, or during the game. For more information, call the NFTA at (716)855-7211.

Welcome to Ralph Wilson Stadium! Our goal is to provide an enjoyable environment for all guests. Listed below are some guidelines for your reference. Have a great time at the game!

ADMISSION POLICY
All guests entering the Stadium must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Only children under the age of two (2) may enter a Bills games free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stub for stadium personnel to verify proper seat location. Guests are asked to sit only in their own seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others. NFL Rules prohibit Pass-out tickets. Re-Entry to the stadium is prohibited.

INTOXICATED FANS MAY BE DENIED ADMISSION TO THE STADIUM.

ALCOHOL POLICY
Sportservice, the food and beverage company at Ralph Wilson Stadium, reserves the right to require all guests to show valid identification indicating proof of age when purchasing alcohol. New York State Law requires that guests at Ralph Wilson Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Bills representatives reserve the right to check for proof of age. There is a maximum of two (2) beers per purchase at all concession and Club locations. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of half-time, except in the clubs and suites, where service will continue to the end of the game.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO INTOXICATED GUESTS AND CHANGE POLICIES OR PROCEDURES AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO GUESTS.

BAG POLICY
All bags brought in Ralph Wilson Stadium are subject to an inspection. Guests attending events at Ralph Wilson Stadium are encouraged to enter the facility carrying the fewest items possible. For those guests who elect to carry additional items into the stadium, the following bag policy will be strictly adhered to:
Bags allowed:
Only personal necessity bags smaller than 12x12 will be allowed into the stadium. These types of bags include purses, fanny packs, and diaper bags (when accompanied by an infant). The Bills strongly recommend that all other belongings be carried in a clear, plastic, grocery style bag smaller than 12x12x12.
Bags not allowed:
Any bag larger than 12x12x12, regardless of the type, style and/or clarity of bag is prohibited from the stadium. Additionally, some bags are prohibited based on the style of bag, although they may fit the size requirement. Examples of these types of bags include:
1) Backpacks of any kind - Backpacks are defined as any bag with two shoulder straps.
2) Duffel bags

BANNERS/SIGNS
Banners and signs are generally permitted, but any such item deemed by management to be dangerous, inappropriate, or which obstructs the view for other guests will be removed. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and not commercial. Flags or banners that are commercial, offensive in nature, or attached to poles are prohibited. Banners or signs may not promote or advertise organizations or companies not affiliated with the Buffalo Bills and may not be placed over any official signage.

BUFFALO BILLS AND/OR RALPH WILSON STADIUM MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY BANNER OR SIGN.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Our staff strives to make your day at Ralph Wilson Stadium an enjoyable, family-oriented experience. Therefore, the following Code of Conduct has been established for all fans and stadium employees in or on the stadium premises.
The Code of Conduct requires that fans:
Refrain from interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or throwing any object onto the field or on the stadium premises.
Refrain from smoking, except in designated areas.
Refrain from foul, obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions.
Refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Refrain from fighting.
Refrain from unruly or inconsiderate behavior.
Refrain from indecent exposure or undressing.
Refrain from wearing obscene, indecent clothing, or apparel with profane or abusive language. Such persons will not be allowed entry into the stadium.
Refrain from conduct that endangers spectators or participants.

We value your enthusiasm, but ask that all fans exercise good judgment and observe the Code of Conduct listed herein. Please observe the rights of others by displaying proper decorum. Violators may be ejected from the stadium premises. Season Ticket Account Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as persons occupying their seats. Violations, by either the Season Ticket Holder or anyone occupying the seats, may result in having season ticket privileges revoked without reimbursement to the Season Ticket Account Holder and/or the holder of the ticket license, at the discretion of the Buffalo Bills. GATE POLICIES - ITEMS PROHIBITED/PERMITTED INTO RALPH WILSON STADIUM

Until further notice, anyone attending a Bills game at Ralph Wilson Stadium will be subject to a pat-down inspection, administered by a screener prior to gate entry.
To limit the potential wait time you could experience with gate entry, we have a few suggestions:
Arrive at the stadium gates as early as possible (gates open 1½ hours prior to kickoff).
Limit the number of items you bring with you to minimize search time.
Please follow all signage and direction from security personnel.
If you give tickets to someone who may not be familiar with stadium security policies, please alert your guests to these measures.
For the safety of all guests, thermoses, bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, alcoholic beverages, or any item deemed to be harmful in any way by Buffalo Bills representatives, are prohibited in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Other items NOT permitted include noisemakers, weapons, strollers, umbrellas, backpacks, duffel bags, animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled), video cameras, or illegal drugs and substances.
The following items WILL be permitted into the Stadium: fanny packs, purses, or clear plastic bags that are 12" x 12" x 12" or smaller. Seat cushions (smaller than 15 x 15 x 15), rain ponchos, small handheld radios or TV's, and blankets are permitted.
The Buffalo Bills will not be able to hold any items for patrons. Guests will be asked to take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of them. The Buffalo Bills are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Guests in possession of prohibited items may be ejected and game tickets forfeited.

OUTSIDE BEVERAGES AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages, cans, bottles, thermoses, coolers, jugs, or other containers into Ralph Wilson Stadium. Children's juice boxes when accompanied by child, infant bottles when accompanied by infant, and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. For specific information please contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS.

PAGING
Pages and/or private announcements will not be made in the stadium by either the PA announcer or on the JumboTron. Please designate a meeting location should your party become separated.

SMOKING POLICY
Erie County Local Laws prohibit smoking within the confines of Ralph Wilson Stadium including concourses, bathrooms, concession areas, suite and club areas, and all seating areas. Smoking is permitted only in the clearly defined designated smoking areas adjacent to the outer perimeter fence. Smoking in areas of the stadium not designated as a smoking area will result in ejection and may result in the issuance of an appearance ticket. Violations of the Local Law are punishable by a civil penalty and may result in a fine.


OTHER ADDED PROVISIONS TO NOTE:

Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Guests are encouraged to enter the Stadium early to avoid inconvenience.
Parking lots will be open five (5) hours prior to kickoff.
No paneled or windowless trucks will be permitted in the Bills general parking or camper lots.
Overnight RV parking will still be permitted in approved camper lots, but guests are encouraged not to leave vehicles unattended.
The public is reminded that solicitation by any groups or individuals on Stadium grounds is prohibited.
The Buffalo Bills reserve the right to deny admission, eject, or arrest patrons who do not comply with the policies and guidelines of Ralph Wilson Stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited. The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.


Miscellaneous:

TAILGATING
Tailgating is permitted at all stadium parking lots. Stadium lots open five (5) hours before the game and close approximately two hours following the game. Vehicles may occupy ONLY ONE parking space. Additional spaces may be purchased depending upon availability. For everyone to enjoy the tailgating experience, guests are asked to follow these guidelines:
No saving of parking spaces is allowed.
Guests should tailgate in front or behind their vehicle only.
Guests are asked to be considerate of other's vehicles.
Guests are asked to dispose of all trash in proper receptacles and to extinguish their flames and grills.
Guests are asked not to block or impede other vehicles from exiting after a game.
Disorderly guests are subject to ejection from the parking lot premises and to criminal prosecution



Driving direction to Ralph Wilson Stadium:
FROM PEACE BRIDGE (CANADA)
Head south on 190 to 90 West, follow to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit 219 on Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.

-OR- Head south on 190 to Route 5, follow Route 5 to Route 179 (Milestrip Road). Take 179 East to Abbott Road (6th signal light). Make right turn onto Abbott Road, and head south to the stadium.

FROM ROCHESTER OR EAST
Take 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit 219 on Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.

FROM ERIE, PA & SW NEW YORK
Take 90 East to Exit 57, and bear right heading west from tollbooth to Route 20. Make a right on 20 heading East to the Stadium. -OR- Take 90 East to Exit 56 (Route 179) Milestrip Road. Make a left on 179, and including the signal after the toll, proceed to the 5th signal and make a right turn onto Abbott Road. Follow Abbott south to the stadium.

FROM SOUTHERN EXPRESSWAY
Take Route 219 North to exit 20A West. Follow 20A to the stadium approximately 1 mile west.

FROM BUFFALO AIRPORT
Head straight out of airport and proceed through light toward Route 33 West, which will lead you to the New York State Thruway (Route 90). Take 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit 219 on Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.
