Parking:

Street parking and parking lots are available on Exchange Street. The following public ramp parking garages are available: Civic Center Garage, South Avenue Garage and the Court Street Garage.

General Rules:

-No Re-entry
-No outside food or beverages allowed, except for water and baby milk/formula.
-No laser pointers allowed
-No pets allowed

Artists: Amoung those scheduled to perform are a host of legendary salsa singers as well as up and coming artists of all Latino genres including the following:
Choco Orta, Frankie Negron, Kevin Ceballo, Doble Filo and Edwin & Emma Colon Zayas along with many other local artists.

Driving direction to Civic Center Plaza:
The Festival is at the Rochester Civic Center Plaza on Exchange Blvd. near the Court Street intersection.
Traveling into Rochester from:
North East or South East:
Route 490 West to DOWNTOWN/CLINTON AVE. (Exit #16), turn left at Court St., turn left at Exchange Blvd.
North West or South West:
Route 490 East to Inner Loop DOWNTOWN/N.PLYMOUTH AVE.(Exit #13), keep right in fork on ramp, turn right at N.Plymouth Ave., turn left at W.Broad St., turn right on Exchange Blvd., continue two blocks.
