Babette's Description:
Bohemian chic and breakfast all day are what you can expect at this East Hampton hot-spot. Celebrities wearing St. Barth's T-shirts mingle with young weekenders in the bright corner room and at the few outdoor tables. As you'd expect from the trendy crowd, organic vegetarian fare is the name of the game here. The sampler plate offers tangy barbecue tofu, udon noodles, tabbouleh and hummus, the poultry is free-range and many of the soups and dressings are dairy-free. There's no red meat to be had, so carnivores will have to make do munching on a turkey burger with sweet potato fries and staring at the attractive crowd.
