The Argentinean owner makes 32 flavors of Italian-style ice creams and sorbets from a secret family recipe. The flavors are intense, the texture rich, yet the gelati have 30 percent fewer calories than most premium creams and the sorbets are fat-free. In addition to some wonderful variations on chocolate (chocolate-mocha-chocolate chip), you'll find such exotic flavors as hazelnut, sabayon, tiramisu, Marsala and Cognac. Sorbets, like cantaloupe, lemon, banana, strawberry and blueberry, taste just like those fresh fruits.
