Prolific chef Richard Sandoval teams up with opera singer Placido Domingo to bring New York City this AvroKO-designed space on Third Avenue. The menu is, of course, modern Mexican boasting Asian accents. Think chipotle yellowfin tuna roll with wasabi tobiko, avocado and sesame chipotle rouille or pork carnitas rice noodles with pork shoulder, mushroom, cashew, soft egg and hot 'n' sour sauce.
