Roswell Cover-Up Café is a full-service themed restaurant, positioned in the Casual Dining segment. Currently serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7:00 am through 9:00 pm seven days a week. The Café’s hours will be extended to 11:00 pm once the Beer & Wine License is secured. The business was established to fill a void left in the center of Roswell’s downtown district by the closing of the Denny’s restaurant, which occupied the building for 38 years. This area is also the current destination point of many tourists seeking information and souvenirs related to the city’s famed “Flying Saucer Incident�? of 1947, thus the theme and potential market.
