I certainly hope you fired off an email or a phone call to their corporate office? My daughter works at a Tim Hortons and has been there for 3 years, she is the most polite and pleasurable person to be around, and she happens to work with the most ignorant, rude manager. I have no idea how Tim Horton's corporate office has not fired this "witch". From my experience as well, there are not many pleasant Tim's employees, I say, if you can't take the heat, get outta the kitchen. If someone is that rude, they don't need to be working in customer service.

Sunday morning 0830hrs, my two children and I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. I noticed on the digital order screen that the order was wrong. Politely pointed this out. Cashier (Shyane) was extremely rude and sighed audibly several times to show her displeasure. I went to drive thru window. I heard her talking about me and how stupid I was. I interrupted her and politely asked how I should have ordered the sandwiches. I did tell her that I wasn't happy with her customer service and she very forcefully gave me my food while averting her eyes from me.
