Located on the 22nd floor in the building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Science. Finding the entrance into the building might be tricky first time, especially in the dark; there is no restaurant sign at the entrance, and you need to tell the guards you are going to the "22nd floor". The building itself is spectacular, and the views breathtaking.

The restaurant features an enclosed terrace that goes around the building.

Expect to spend upwards from $100 per person.

Reservations for dining are highly recommended. You can enjoy the bar usually without a reservation.
