The restaurant was packed and I had to wait 10 minutes to get a table, but had a nice lunch with the familiar staff who have been there for years since the old Tulipe Noire days. Good job!

We had a very nice breakfast. The atmosphere was nice. The eggs were well made. The Starbucks coffee was dynamite. The prices were reasonable.
