At a glance, Casey's looks very much like a modern version of the mom-and-pop diner so popular in the '50s. Here, there is no twosome behind the glossy counters and the outlet is part of a chain. The bar and grill set-up makes the eatery an easy-going, no-frills spot where people shuffle in for a drink and a bite. The American style cuisine is comprised of generic favorites such as burgers, steaks, a list of fusion-style appetizers and dessert. There's a well-cut steak for a very affordable price---a filet mignon cooked just right costs about half what you'd expect to pay at a more exclusive and refined restaurant in town. A bar and grill is not complete without its burgers. Here there are ten-plus choices; vegetarians also have veggie burger options. Count among other menu choices Asian-inspired dishes, pastas, pizzas, chicken, ribs and a variety of salads from the common Caesar to Cobb. Look for a good variety of cocktails from the full bar.
