Baton Rouge Restaurant Description:
Downtown has its share of chain restaurants, but Baton Rouge offers something that others don't: an outdoor patio with tables that double as front row seats for shows during Montreal's international jazz and film festivals. The place is packed on weekends with tourists, office workers and happy hour crowds there for the hefty platters of food. Be sure to try the Baton Rouge burger with melted Monterey Jack cheese, bacon and Dijonnaise sauce, and choose one of many side dishes, such as hot cinnamon apples or a mountain of thin, spicy french fries. The Baton Rouge Club is the way to go for those with a hankering for poultry---the sandwich encloses a hefty hunk of chicken that's been marinated in lime juice, mustard, herbs and oil. The price is steep but worth every penny. The soft drinks and coffee are also pricey, but there is an alternative. The menu can easily sway patrons from expensive coffee to titillating after-dinner concoctions such as the ice cream cocktail, called the Frozen Mudslide.

Review :
The Ribs at this place are more than good.... they are the best. I am a general fan of ribs and have tried them pretty much everywhere that they are specialties. Baton Rouge's Ribs are probably the best I have ever had.
My wife had the Louisiana Chicken Salad, which, although I am not a huge salad fan, was great.
Overall a very good restaurant, which is why I guess they have so many locations.
