Bruegger's Bagel Bakery Description:
The only drawback at Bruegger's is the coffee. It's not as good as we want it to be, but many locations remedy this shortcoming by sharing a wall with local coffee spot Caribou Coffee. Bagels come in standard issue plain, salt, poppy seed and garlic for the purists and experimental flavors such as sun-dried tomato for those who can't leave well enough alone. For a breakfast bagel sandwich that is far superior to most fast food offerings, order the "Western," which comes with egg, bacon, roasted red peppers, red onions and chipotle sauce. Also, try one of the savory soups.
