But even with menu items like a colossal seafood tower, don't mistake this prime Hennepin Avenue destination as just another bigger-is-better steakhouse. Sleek service, subtle preparations and a touch of glamour set it apart from the predictable. While the classics are as dolled up as the clientele, this is a case where appearances fortunately deliver. Skip the bigger cuts and go with the signature filet mignon, topped with tender lump crab and glazed in a sweet-savory honey bourbon butter sauce. Crab cakes, so often underwhelming at steakhouses, wow with fresh chives and corn relish. And while the seafood dishes nearly rival the steaks, we also suggest the house-made pastas, such as spinach ravioli stuffed with butternut squash.
