Tucked into a tiny storefront on Diamond Lake Road, Scotty's has been kicking out ribs slathered in his Mama's secret sauce for quite some time. Vibrant and balanced between spicy and sweet, the sauce covers full and half-racks of ribs and half and quarter chickens. The tender and juicy pork and steak sandwiches are full meals by themselves, but passing on the rich and spicy twice-baked potato should be a misdemeanor. Only two tables grace the presence of the kitchen and they're usually occupied by take-out patrons who just can't wait to get home.
