Bruegger's Bagels Description:
Bruegger's Bagels are made the old-fashioned way, kettle-boiled and stone-hearth-baked. They come in standard issue plain, salt, poppy seed and garlic for purists and experimental flavors such as sun-dried tomato for those who can't leave well enough alone. Its repertoire also includes respectable soups and signature sandwiches. For a breakfast bagel sandwich that is far superior to most fast food offerings, order the "Western," which comes with egg, bacon, roasted red peppers, red onions and chipotle sauce. Unfortunately, the coffee at Bruegger's isn't as good as we want it to be, but many locations remedy this shortcoming by sharing a wall with local coffee spot Caribou Coffee.
