Crews Inn Description:
Perched above the Clinton River, this waterfront restaurant is something of a hybrid. It's a casual, drop-in place on the one hand, but the menu goes well beyond bar burger fare. Chef Bryan Hankus and his crew turn out a full-scale menu ranging from appetizers of broiled lobster tail with drawn butter, oysters Rockefeller and Cajun beef tips to main dishes such as pecan-breaded pickerel and veal Oscar. There's also a list of sandwiches and fresh Greek and antipasto salads. The perch sandwich on a toasted bun is particularly appealing. In warm weather, the open-air deck is a popular seating area overlooking the dock where boaters tie up.
