Named after the official country residence of the Prime Ministers of Great Britain, Chequers offers a wide array of traditional British pub fare in a building reminiscent of the Old Country. Step around to the alleyway entrance and begin your tour of the UK with Welsh rarebit. Follow up with a classic entrée like fish 'n' chips, shepherd's pie, London broil or bangers and mash. If British fare isn't your cup of tea, you'll find more typically American dishes on the menu as well: barbecued baby-back ribs, lemon-and-thyme-crusted salmon and pan-fried Lake Superior whitefish.
