Laissez les bon temps roulez! at this authentic Creole eatery, the most authentic N'awlins-style joint the Motor City has to offer. The narrow layout, neighborhood bar attitude and Mardi Gras color scheme combine to make fun-seekers feel right at home on the "bayou." Of course, the real test is in the taste, and the andouille sausage po' boy is right on, as is the etouffée. Try the crawfish bisque, or peel a pile of boiled ones. We like the bread pudding, too.
